Ava Mohan is a Canadian designer
from Calgary, Canada. Graduate from Parsons The New School for Design [2015] in New York City. As a Design student Ava Mohan has discovered her relationship with Fashion and the city, using all the resources Parsons and the fashion capital has to offer. Ava Mohan works within womenswear and menswear, designing ready to wear collections inspired by personal connections she has made throughout her life and new experiences that arise. As a student Ava has received the deans scholarship consecutively throughout her BFA degree. Sourcing unique imagery to build a design concept has been Ava's way of making herself stand apart as a designer. Understanding Narrative and incorporating that into a collection is a design aesthetic innate to Ava.
